Global Poker is hosting its Las Vegas Edition of the 2023 Grand Prix Turbo Series from November 16-18, featuring 24 events, with guaranteed prizes of 55 million Gold Coins and 110,000 Sweeps Coins up for grabs. The top players also have a chance to win a trip to Italy for a unique Ferrari racing experience. The Las Vegas event is the last of four Global Poker Turbo Series events corresponding with F1 races in Miami, Montreal, Austin, and Las Vegas.
Global Poker’s parent company, VGW, is partnered with Scuderia Ferrari’s Formula 1 team for the 2023 racing season to host this series and will be featured on its race car for each race in the US and Canada.
Leaderboards
Players at the top of the Gold Coins leaderboards in each Grand Prix Turbo Series event can win exclusive merchandise, including a hoodie, T-shirt, and cap, along with free entries to a Global Poker Golden Scrimmage tournament event. Those finishing at the top of the Sweeps Coins leaderboard have a chance to win an autographed Ferrari racing helmet, exclusive merchandise, and ten free entries to a Grand Prix Turbo Series event.
Those who can grind it out in all four events and make it to the top of the Grand Prix Turbo Series Season Leaderboards can earn the most lucrative prizes. Players at the top of the Gold Coins leaderboard at the end of the season will win free entries to a Global Poker Golden Scrimmage tournament along with a Grand Prix Turbo checkered flag and exclusive merchandise.
The winner of the season Sweeps Cons Leaderboard Turbo Series gets Turbo Series merchandise, four entries worth 99 Sweeps Coins to upcoming tournaments, and a trip for two to Italy, where they’ll visit the Ferrari factory in Maranello, Italy and have a chance to drive on an official Ferrari race course.
Scheduled Events
The first event of the Grand Prix Turbo Series Las Vegas is the 11,000 Gold Coins buy-in Grand Prix Turbo Series 01 – GC 5,000,000 Guaranteed (Hyper-Turbo) and the 11 Sweeps Coins buy-in Grand Prix Turbo Series 01 – SC 10,000 Guaranteed (Hyper-Turbo) on November 16. Playing in events at the Grand Prix Turbo series is a short grind, with blind levels in each event of just three minutes.
The Grand Prix Turbo Series 12 – GC 25,000,000 Added (Deep Hyper-Turbo) and Grand Prix Turbo Series 12 – SC 50,000 Added (Deep Hyper-Turbo) are the two Main Events wrapping up the series on November 18, with entrants given a bigger starting stack of 10,000 chips for each tournament.
Global Poker is also in the middle of its Eagle Cup After Party, which runs through November 19 to celebrate the end of the recent Eagle Cup VII series.
